You will receive a confirmation email of the date you've been assigned as well as a confirmation card via mail. The card will include:

  • Confirmation of your assigned Orientation Date (see address label on front of confirmation card)
  • Check-in times and locations
  • Parking pass and map
  • Academic Advising Information

Check-in for all orientation sessions is in the Kansas Union, 1301 Jayhawk Blvd.

Freshman students

Freshman orientation programs in June & July

Check-in at between noon and 1:00 p.m.

Engineering Students: please check in by 12:30 p.m.


Students out of class, outdoors, candids

Transfer orientation programs in June & July

Check-in between 7:45-8:45 a.m.


Students at a homecoming football game

Readmit Orientation

Check-in at 10:15 a.m.
